By creating an account or making a purchase on VivaGoal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.
VivaGoal is a licensed secondary ticket marketplace. We facilitate the buying and selling of tickets for football events including FIFA World Cup 2026, Premier League, UEFA Champions League and other events. All ticket prices are set by market demand and may exceed face value.
Every ticket purchased through VivaGoal is covered by our Buyer Guarantee: (a) you will receive valid tickets or a full refund; (b) if an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, you will receive a full refund; (c) tickets will be delivered as described.
All transactions are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. A service fee (currently 8%) is added to the ticket price at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, bank transfer, Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and USDC.
All sales are final. Refunds are only provided if: (a) the event is cancelled; (b) tickets are invalid at the gate; (c) the listing was materially different from what was described. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the event.
By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the item at that price if you win. Bids cannot be retracted. All auction items come with a Certificate of Authenticity. Winners will be notified by email and have 48 hours to complete payment.
You may not use VivaGoal to: engage in fraudulent activity; resell tickets in violation of event organiser rules; submit false or misleading information; or violate any applicable laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with JAMS rules.
